What a start it’s been!
February 2nd, 20102009 was all about meeting and working with some of the loveliest people I know.
There’s something that makes all those at TLF speacial.
Maybe the need to begin the new year by pushing harder at workouts, the lack of a 3 minute resolution for 2010 strung together at a new year bash, maybe even moving away from one city to another with the intention of giving life and love everything you have to give.
Bring on the love, sweat and sweet struggle. To be better people, to indulge in improving oneself and to live life in respect and awe of everything around!!

November 16th, 2009Congratulations Mr. Agrawal and Mr. Vora!!! Rajat completed 25 kms in 2:49, and Priyesh followed in a sweet 3:24.
For Rajat, it makers his ‘foray’ so to say into trail running. Mr. Vora on the other hand is a regular. Scroll down and you’ll see… he did the Kaveri trail 10km a few months back!! Super brill I say!

November 16th, 2009A Word Bout Differentiation
September 19th, 2009“All the fundamental principles you need to achieve good health and optimal body composition are out there already, and have been for years. Unfortunately, with 500 experts for every fundamental principle, and very little money to be made from repeating other people’s ideas, experts must continually emphasize the small (and often relatively unimportant) differences between their diet/eating plans and the diet/eating plans of all the other experts out there.
In the world of advertising and marketing, this is called “differentiation.” By highlighting the small distinctions and dimming out the large similarities between their program and all the others, they’re jostling for your next nutritional dollar.”
